The proliferation of wireless services, and associated infrastructure of supporting transmission sites, has created a significant demand for expert testimony at the local governmental level concerning radio propagation and non-ionizing radiation. CTI provides local government bodies review and analysis of drive study data, independent radio propagation studies, non-ionizing radiation analysis, and coordination services to assist in fully evaluating a proposed new radio transmission site. Expert testimony is also provided for entities proposing new, multi-use, communications sites.

CTI works closely with tower owners, wireless services providers and AM broadcast stations to design effective detuning systems for towers located in proximity to AM broadcast facilities. Through years of experience gained in designing, specification, installation and field adjustment of detuning systems, CTI is regularly consulted to find solutions and resolve problems in this speciality area.
